Why you should invite me to speak

Cyber security is an incredibly hot topic today. But if it’s presented as all doom and gloom and incomprehensible technical babble, it can also make for a pretty dull presentation.

Most security awareness training is even worst. Bad clip art aplenty and slide after slide about why the IT department wants you to change your password again…. and again… and again…

Sound familiar?

Well, I’m a bit different…

#1 – I’m a PowerPoint performance artist ™

I blast through highly informative and educational presentations in a unique and engaging style that keeps people interested, learning stuff and this might even surprise you… laughing!

My presentations and workshops are designed and delivered to help non-”techies” executives, board members, business owners, professionals, employees and even Moms and Dads understand the concepts of cyber security and be able to apply them immediately to better protect themselves and their organizations.

#2 – I have some serious cyber credentials and street cred

While I am in fact an actual authentic looking hoodie wearing hacker… I’m also a veteran Cyber Security Executive with over two decades of experience working for Silicon Valley giants such as Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, Palo Alto Networks, Splunk and Gigamon. You can check out my entire professional profile on LinkedIn here.

#3 – I get results

Frankly, we’ve all suffered through enough highfalutin-guru-mumbo-jumbo presentations that don’t answer any real questions. We’ve also all been subjected to enough death by PowerPoint presentations to last a life time. What matters most to me is that attendees take away actionable insight that provides immediate personal value. If they can literally go back to their desk, office or board room and start applying what they’ve learned or start working on a new idea that formed as a result of my presentation or workshop, that’s a win. I’s also why I take the time upfront to hone my message and fully align it to the objectives you want to achieve with your event.

#4 – I’m fun and engaging for audiences

I’m hilarious. Just ask my kids. If there is anyone else that can make a good old cyber risk management discussion more fun than me, I haven’t met them yet.My most requested presentations

I speak on topics related to cyber security, cyber risk governance, cybercrime, personal digital security awareness as well as startups, social selling and online marketing.

I will customize my presentation to meet your specific needs and all of my presentations can be delivered in a 30 min, 1 hour or 2 hour format (adding time for questions is recommended as this is by far the best part and most helpful for attendees).
